The Mulberry Pig - Piccalilli

A classic Piccalilli (AKA mustard or cauliflower pickle) made with cauliflower, zucchini and green beans steeped in a mustard and turmeric sauce. This pickle is the saviour of all sandwiches but is especially good with sharp cheddar, corned beef or glazed ham.
