How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for 1-2 day delivery within metropolitan areas. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. In accordance with liquor licensing laws, an adult aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery and provide valid photo identification if requested.

What is your policy on damaged or broken bottles?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot make any further modifications.
