Roches Neuves - Saumur Champigny

Made from 100% biodynamic Cabernet Franc, Germain’s entry-point Saumur-Champigny is drawn from the domaine’s younger Cabernet Franc vines, which grow on tuffeau/limestone soils around the communes of Varrains, Chaintres and Saumur. 

Packed with youthful Saumur joie de vivre, this is a pure and pristine red with soaring red and blue fruits and some sweet spice, blue florals and earthy tones in tow. The palate is so vibrant and pure, with finely detailed flavours, fine-boned tannins, beautiful acidity and a star-bright close. It’s so crunchy and vivid it almost feels healthy to drink! Charcuterie sold separately.
