Like classic Tasmanian Pinot Noir, this wine is smooth and silky on the palate, with notes of cherries, strawberries, spice, earthiness and smoke. Hand-picked fruit, seasoned oak for maturation (10% of which was in new French oak). Meadowbank Pinot has inviting aromas and will pair well with your wild-mushroom risotto and charcuterie boards.
