Evoi - Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The grapes for this wine were picked at night to keep the temperature cool and enhance fruit quality and freshness. The resulting wine is full of character with aromas of gooseberry, capsicum, passionfruit, guava, and fresh green bean, interlaced with a barrel ferment complexity.
